Bulk Order Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received in bulk orders.
To be eligible for return:
- Products must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and batch details must be intact
- Proof of purchase and clear images are required for verification
Due to the nature of bulk orders, change-of-mind returns are not applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or private-label bulk orders
- Discounted or clearance stock lots
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Policy
Once the returned bulk shipment is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be approved only for eligible cases
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Replacements & Exchanges
Our team will arrange a replacement shipment after verification. We offer replacements only for:

- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items sent in bulk orders

Damaged or Incorrect Bulk Orders
If your bulk shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will prioritize resolution and arrange replacement or corrective action.
